Important Information Account Types Waitlist Full The Club membership shall consist of family units residing in the Potomac Woods community and nearby
communities in Montgomery County, Maryland. A family unit shall consist of the head of the household, his or
her spouse living in the household and any of their unmarried children residing in the household. All others who reside in the household are not members of the family unit for the purpose of membership in the Potomac
Woods Swim Club. Such persons are eligible for admission as household guests upon payment of the required
fee. Statement of Applicant I warrant and declare that the information provided is true and correct and that the Corporation may rely thereon in acting upon this application. I understand that if this application results in club membership, the club's facilities will be available as prescribed in the By-Laws and Pool Rules. I understand that the members of the family unit (as defined in the By-Laws) listed herein will have the privilege of bringing personal guests to the pool on the same basis as other members of the Corporation, that the same guest fees will apply, and the bringing of guests to the pool will be governed by the pool regulations of the Corporation. I agree to comply with the Articles of Incorporation, the By-Laws, and other regulations established by the Board of Directors. It is understood that all information provided herein will be held personal and confidential, and will be used only in the conducting of the Corporation's business. Potomac Woods Swim and Tennis Club uses pictures of its members on its website, social media and print materials at times to portray events and foster a sense of community. Permission is hereby granted to Potomac Woods Swim and Tennis Club to use photographs, video and quotations of its members to assist in building a sense of community. Membership Costs Full (bonded) membership fees include a one-time $600 bond, a one-time building fund assessment of $150 and annual summer dues. Summer dues are subject to change each season. Summer dues for the 2020 season are $730. A deposit of $50 is required with the application. This will be applied to the building fund assessment when a membership is granted. Payment in full of the entire balance (bond, assessment and summer dues) is due when a membership becomes available. The initial $600 membership bond is refundable upon resignation under terms stated in By-Laws, Article II.
