We wanted all the members to be aware of the passing of one of the pool and swim team founders. Mrs. Hincke served as the “A” rep for PWST for over 40 years.

On Thursday, August 7, 2014, of Potomac, Maryland. Beloved wife of the late John I. Hincke, Jr., COL, U.S. Army; Loving mother of John I. Hincke, III, Bob T. Hincke, Karyn H. Peatross, Sandra K. Walsh and Lynda A. Blelloch; sister-in-law of Caroline Hincke; grandmother of eleven. Peg taught at Christ Episcopal School for over 20 years, and was a member and very involved with Christ Church for over 40 years. She was also a member of the Montgomery County Swim League Board for over 40 years, and a representative and founding member of the Potomac Woods Swim team. The family will receive friends in the Chapel at Christ Episcopal Church, 107 S. Washington Street, Rockville, MD on Friday, September 26, 2014, from 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held at Christ Episcopal Church on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 2 PM. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Christ Episcopal Church Memorial Fund, 107 S. Washington St., Rockville, MD 20850 or Montgomery Hospice, 1355 Piccard Dr. #100, Rockville, MD 20850.
