Potomac Woods Swim Club


Welcome to another exciting summer at Potomac Woods Swim Club! We will be offering coached workouts for all levels of experience. Whether you want to learn the basics of swimming or do a rigorous swim workout, we can help!

The objective of Potomac Woods Masters Swim Club is to enhance your swimming skills and create a healthy habit of exercise to promote a healthy lifestyle!

It is our belief that all swimmers should be practicing quality strokes throughout a workout, We will never have a practice of mindless swimming. We want everyone to learn a new skill everyday. Therefore the practices will consist of a warm-up and drills, a main set consisting of aerobic and quality work, kicking and warm-down

We will be offering 4 practices a week. 2 morning practices a week and 2 afternoon/evening practices a week. Practices will last 1 hour to 1.5 hours. For the more advanced swimmers we will try to begin a half hour before the skills and drills practice pending pool space.
Morning practices will be offered Monday and Wednesday from 7-8 AM, Afternoon practices will be offered Tuesday and Thursday from 7:15-8:15 PM.

We want to have the practices be affordable so as many people come as possible. The more people the better the team atmosphere and the more fun we will have! We will offer two packages.
-Package 1-
​Pay as you come, $15 per practice
-Package 2-
Pay per week, $48 per week (Pays for 4 practices, Example: two mornings week one, two mornings week 2 if need be)
