Potomac Woods Swim & Tennis Club – Announcements

Dear Members,

Before we realize it summer will be upon us and the pool will be opened once again for all members to enjoy. The Pool Board has been hard at work this off season trying to make sure that everything is just right for our opening weekend in May.

We are always looking for more volunteers and we are currently seeking a person to fill the Membership position on the pool board. This position is very important! It involves managing the pool membership renewals, resignations, waiting list and corresponding with members and potential members etc… This position can be done easily from home and around any schedule. New: Snack Bar Opportunity

We are currently seeking a new snack bar vendor/person(s) to run our snack bar. We know this is a nice, value added service for the Pool Community and we would like to still offer this service. The snack bar space is available for use within the guidelines outlined in the document attached. It will need to staffed and managed independently from PWSC. Please help spread the word with friends, family and any contacts that may be interested. If we do not have any viable candidates, we will move back to vending machines for this season.
