Swim Team Registration

Welcome to the Potomac Woods Swim Team Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times/histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

Registration is open for both pre-team and swim team. If you are unsure of which group your child would qualify for, please sign up for pre-team and attend the evaluations (dates to be announced). We can always switch your childs group at a later date.

Like last year, Parent and Guardian Code of Conduct Agreements are required by Montgomery County Swim League (MCSL). Swimmers will be asked to sign an agreement as well before the first meet.

Once you have registered, please return to your account information and update MEDICAL information for each child. You must list medical conditions/allergies/potential emergencies, but if none of these apply, FILL IN NONE or N/A. This section must be completed for each child!!!

At this time, we are only accepting checks. After completing registration, please send your check made payable to PWSC to the mailing address provided or bring it to the pre-season meeting at 6:30pm on Monday May 5th at St. Raphael's Church.
